we roll hard
So the end to the weekend has come, as has the end to a weekend long fest celebrating my friend Ryan's 21st birthday. A word of advice to everyone, anytime you are ending a prolonged activity, ideally multiday, it should end with the burning of some piece of furniture. A couch works out well, as I have just learned and it doesn't hurt to toss a broken shopping cart on top of the smoldering sofa. I know what most people are thinking and yes, this was accomplished in a small neighborhood that became smoke filled and still no one called the police or fire department. Yes, such a feat seems hard to accomplish with that included caveat especially adding that the house is 50 feet from the 2nd busiest street in town, yet scene kids did unite and make it possible for me to enjoy my monthly fire. This city is crazy.
