So, if my snake guy was so into me that he still isn't talking to me, why didn't he say something?
Ok, I'll start at the beginning.
My snake guy, who is 12 years older than me, was into me. I thought it was just one of those things where he liked me, but just because I was an option. When I met Justin, I asked snake guy about him, who he was, what his deal was. Well, he told Justin that I asked about him. That was fine, but ever since I started hanging out with Justin, John has been really mean to me.
At first, he was just being an asshole, and I was ok with that. It was fine, because I figured that he would snap out of it. Hell, I am the same way. Even if I don't like someone, I get jealous when someone else gets them. I thought that was all it was. After hanging out with Justin for a few weeks, he started talking to me again, and I thought everything was good. Guess not.
He sent me a myspace message asking where I had been because he hadn't seen me in the shop in a little while. I responded that I had been in the night before with Justin, and we had just missed him. He responded with all this stuff about how I was going to give myself a reputation, and that he was glad that I had listened to his advice. He was telling me to play around, and I don't really want to.
So, now it has been 3 weeks. I've been into the shop twice where he hasn't come out of the back office, and today, he came out because he was talking to someone else, and he made it very clear that he did not want to talk to me. I even said something to him about how long he was going to avoid me, and he blatantly ignored it.
I had been talking to his dad, and his dad was talking to a younger girl. He said something about her having a boyfriend, which ended up with him turning to me and saying something about staying away from boys and "look at the trouble it got you into." Apparently, other people are seeing what he is doing.
What is his deal? Please someone give me the answers.
