SpiralScouts group forming in Austin
(appologies to those who get this multiple times, through various routes)
The first planning / organizational meeting will be this Saturday, the 17th, at 10AM, at the Zilker Park sheltered picnic tables just downhill from the main playground. I'll be the long-haired white woman wearing a shirt with a swirly black-and-white pattern (trust me, it's hard to miss).
On summer weekends, Zilker Park charges a $3 parking fee, so bring some cash (pedestrians and bicyclists get in free).

I hope as many interested families as possible will be able to come, but I'll take notes for anybody who can't make it, and I'll email a copy of the notes to the folks who request it (just drop me an email). We'll try and keep this first meeting to an hour or so - if anyone has the picnic area reserved, their reservation will start at 11AM.
