With the necessitation of lawsuits such as these post Katrina, the pre-Katrina publicity promoting Louisiana as a "Great Place to Retire" rings hollow. To place blame on the levees for the lack of evacuation prior to a 450 mile wide storm is a red herring. "Red Herring" is a very nice word because I have sooo many more inappropriate foul-mouthed words to hissssssss on this nursing home evacuation issue.
