long time no see...

Well, I'm blogging again - sorry about the big gap between posts but really there hasn't been a whole lot of mentionable activity so daily blogging just didn't feel viable...
the last month has been pretty good really... most of it has been spent at home as I am still searching for that most elusive of things - the lesser spotted Job - all I've been recieving so far is letters saying that I haven't been shortlsted - it's getting kinda old...
Highlight of the last month has been the last two weeks - my parents went on holiday and left me to look after the house - I had Owlet over for all but about two days of it and Meg and Jaden came over for two days, I actually felt free again, not nearly as good as I felt when I was in Arizona, but free none the less...
Though Simon's birthday celebration was a secondary highlight - spending the most of saturday in town with Simon's friends gave me an escape from my house that I have needed a lot...
I'm still in the position of wanting to go to Arizona but not being able to afford it... well technically I could afford it, but it would mean putting myself eyebrows deep in debt through my credit card - not something I want.... As soon as I can get into work, I will pay off my credit card bill and then go into monster saving mode to put another trip to Arizona together - the sooner I can get there, the sooner I'm gonna be happy again....
I'm still keeping at it in Karate, hopefully I'll be grading to Blue belt before Christmas - it feels kinda distant but then at the rate that this year has been advancing so far it'll be here before I know it....
The thing I'm looking forward to most at the moment is my next minor three day adventure - myself, Owlet, Simon and Holly are off to Thorpe Park on the 27th (next sunday) - It would be nice to go for longer but then this trip is pretty expensive anyway so it's probably for the best...
