one of those days
when everything doesn't go as planned! first the Jubilee Line suddenly closed, leaving me stuck at waterloo (had to go down to e&c to transfer to borough, and then a long bus ride to surrey quays) and thus missing Perks, which i was looking forward to :(
subsequently the northern line decided to have 10-min waits, which was a nightmare because i had to change at euston and then kings cross. during the evening dinner rush. spent more time waiting in the stations than on the trains. oh london why does your infrastructure (and repairs) fail at crucial moments
