Our policy is a prompt refund whenever i) items are out of stock and ii) excess paid for postage. So in the unfortunate event we were arrested for fighting off the girls who were buying your items, rest assured you'll get your FULL refund when we come home empty-handed.
And if our hunt is successful, a flat fee of SG$8 will be charged for your first item you want us to hunt down from a particular brand, let's say Supre! This is regardless of the price of your first item. If you purchase more items from Supre, we'll charge only SG$2 per additional item (from the same brand)!
So hunting down 5 Supre tops for you will just be a Personal Aussie Shopper Tip of SG$16!! (S$8 + S$2 + S$2 + S$2 + S$2) This is part of our ongoing special promotion. Your tip to your personal shoppers will cover transportation, efforts and handling.
The postage cost will be charged as it is, which is whatever Auspost charged us. We will refund the excess paid (if any) or request for a 2nd payment if needed.

The break-down would be:
AU$50 = S$63 (for a 1AUD=1.26SGD) - breaking it into S$30 and S$33...
First S$30 is charged S$7.50.
Next S$33 is charged S$8.25
Then all you need is to add in postage costs of AU$8 = S$10.08...
Total: S$88.83 <<< amount you need to transfer to our account.
