Latest college update
Got my last letter in the mail this past Saturday (the 25th of March). It was from Wheaton (so you don't have to back track) and I was wait-listed. I wasn't going there anyway cause I had enrolled at RIC already... but I was still anxious for it. And at least I wasn't rejected, right? So from now on.. the only school you'll hear about is RIC. That's pretty exciting. I can't wait. We sent out a thing today accepting all that they offered for financial aid. We'll be paying about $6200 my first year, which really is not that bad - considering how expensive some schools are getting. And that's that.
The application process is officially over. The filling out of applications, the sending in by deadlines, the financial aid filling out and sending in, and the anxiety period during which you wait for letters. It's all over. Now it's just a matter of filling out all that RIC sends me and anxiously awaiting the time when I get up and drive off to move into my dorm. Don't you worry - I'll keep you updated on all that.
