I really am happier right now than I've felt in a long time. Don't get me wrong, it's not like I'm always depressed or sad or anything, but sometimes I feel like I wouldn't even be successful at being a piece of lint.
But regardless, I actually feel happy! I had a great night at Starbucks with some of the coolest people ever. ;o) Definitely the coolest 13-month-old in the world! hehe. It's amazing to be with Jen and remember how much I loved her in high school ... and realize that she really is wonderful and no wonder I loved her! I think it's the mark of true friends when you can not talk for a while and get together and still just click like you used to. Yeah, we're adults now. But we can still have fun and be silly and serious and say pretty much anything. I love that.
So Jen, when you read this - I love you. :o) Just so you know.
Hopefully we can keep hanging out ... and maybe in more baby-friendly places so the Choofmeister can have a little more fun, too. She really is the most adorable baby ever.
