classy aussie drama
I downloaded an episode of City Homicide the other day, the third one of this season so I'm a little behind, and I just got through watching it. You know what I love about this show? The dialogue. In one scene a female cop says, "I'm scared" and a male counterpart replies, "yeah, we're all packing it."

Nicely played City Homicide.
I have previously heard the line, "the guy just cracked it," and I believe early on in the series someone "chucked a spaz". They keep throwing in these great Aussie sayings. No high falutin CSI type explanations, no well considered Law and Order type dialogue, just your basic blue-collar aussie slang and it cracks me up every time because that is honestly how people talk downunder, I just can't believe they put it in a serious tv series.
