A joint project initiated by the Australian Network of Diocesan Youth Ministry Co-ordinators (ANDYMC)under the auspices of the Bishops’ Commission for Pastoral Life and in conjunction with World Youth Day Sydney 2008
VIsion for Youth Ministry before and beyond WYD 08
To empower young people to live as disciples of Jesus Christ in the world today
To draw young people into responsible participation in the life, mission and work of the Catholic Faith Community
To foster the total personal and spiritual growth of each young person
A framework document is being developed around the goals, and the eight focus areas of youth ministry during 2007. All are invited to participate in the consultation either during the symposium discussion days in Sydney (6th June and 5th September 2007) or in the online forums (as above).

Evangelisation
Community Life
Justice and Service
Leadership development
Pastoral Care
Prayer and Worship
Catechesis
