The past week
A: Went to the dentist, got a crown on the tooth I chipped on the Bight trip. Had Janie in for service, she needs new seals upp by the soft top. So had them ordered. Changed the insurance to month to month payments. Went to the last meeting of the Swedish Club. We shall meet and have dinner together before everyone goes on vacation. Had farewell beer with friends Lasse and Elisabeth who by then didn't know when they were going back because everything had changed for them. We really live on the edge over here. Anyway we went to a Japanese restaurant and had a lot of fun with the food which consisted mostly of sushi and sashimi. Then we had friends from Seachange over and served a very nice and colourful lunch of black pasta, saffron sauce and green peas. For dessert we had made an ice cream bomb - la bomba. With sweet wine drizzled cake, ice cream, fruit and chocolate. For welcome we served glögg. Fitting when it is this cold. Had to turn in the camera for some cleaning and greasing and got it back as new. Cheap too, compared to buying a new camera. Got my tax file number and started studying for the citizenship.
