looking for a housemate (MELBOURNE)..... (this is x-posted)

just wanted to put the word out there that me and holden (my 6 year old sweet lil black dog) are looking for a housemate to share our three bedroom home (its a pretty nice place with a shared study, separate kitchen and lounge, front yard and medium sized coutyard with a vege patch) in seddon/yarraville (rent $130 pw plus shared bills) - we're 10mins walk to seddon and west footscray train stations (so two train lines), 14mins train ride to flinders street, 5km to the city, close to both seddon and yarraville shops and cafes etc.
i am looking for someone queer/trans friendly, easy going, house trained, stable, vegan preferred, someone into communal food and shopping etc, someone who's life isnt only about getting boozy etc but still knows how to have fun.
so if you or anyone you know is interested, lets chat some!
