ooh loud thunder!
so it's been quite a while since i last updated...not too much has been going on though. i've been keeping busy working- spent a week working at west chester university with book buy back (8:30-5:30 for 5 days) which was hell, but paid well so i guess it all evens out in the end. since then i've just been working at the office of my high school which is always fun. there are definitely some strange people that call the office there ;) today mr. whitelock asked mrs. horosky (the school nurse who was wearing purple scrubs) if she was barney's mother...hahaha!
my sister graduated from high school this past friday...it's amazing how fast the time went, it seems like only a few weeks ago that i was graduating. my aunt and grandmother have come from australia to visit and see her graduate which was nice. so they've been traveling around seeing the sights. my dad took them to philly last week and lancaster, and now my aunt is in NYC for 3 days.
in 10 days, i head up to halifax to begin the Semester at Sea voyage. it's exciting to be able to travel to 8 different countries, but kind of scary to be doing it alone, though i guess i'll be with tons of other people my age...so we'll see how it goes. if you want a postcard/letter from europe leave me your address, and if you want to send me letters (which would be much appreciated, lol) just let me know and leave your email address and i can email all of the different port addresses and arrival dates to you!
hopefully i'll be able to keep updating this journal over the summer, or maybe send out email updates...i haven't decided yet, but i guess i need to figure out all these details pretty soon :)
alrighty enough for now, hopefully this 'severe' thunderstorm will be over soon...it's so gloomy outside!
