Lesson
Jeb and I are having fun on our herding journey. Today we had a lesson with Patrick Shannahan. I was pretty nervous being a newbie and having a non bc. But, no worries, he was SO nice, patient, calm and quiet. He has a wonderful sense of humor and was a joy to be around. We worked mostly on driving and he gave me lots of good tips - building on what Trudy has been teaching me. I hope I am able to work with him again! Jeb made me giggle when he squeezed himself in a small stock tank- curled up in a circle and kind of floated in the water! There were some folks there taking pics...so maybe I'll have pics at some point??
Earlier this month my Mom and I went to Yachats with the dogs for a vacation and birthday celebration. We had such fun. It was 30 degrees cooler over there- heaven!
