Oh, hi. Sorry, you posted a reply on my journal many months ago, and I never replied to your reply. Sorry!

Anyway, yes. I lived in Tampere in 1998 and went to school at Tykki. My husband and I went there last year to see some friends. I still really love Tampere... if only I could move there... But I guess Canberra is a good alternative. :)

I... like it. In all honesty, I wouldn't be in Canberra if it weren't for my partner (and the birdies). But yes, I do like it here. If only I could actually find a paying job it would be perfect.

What do you normally do for a job? There are lots of jobs going in, like, retail and hospitality in Canberra. Other, better paying jobs with better conditions are harder to find, but I guess you'd know that if you're looking for work.

Canberra is a controversial kinda place. I personally adore it here and wouldn't want to live anywhere else in Australia. But it's certainly not for everyone. If you ever feel lonely and want coffee or something, let me know and maybe we can meet up. If you don't mind my pretending that I can still speak Finnish... *sigh*
