This one is mostly for Kit, but also for the good of all who wish to get a job in the public service, but have too limited a vocabulary of wanky words that mean nothing but sound all good-like. I present to you Jillian's List of Wordy Nothings.

Here is an extreme example sentence- The successful candidate will possess demonstrated ability to forge strategies in order to meet the challenges of today's environment of diversity. They will address the issues in key areas such as resource management, and meet objectives in order to foster understandings between actors with a variety of perspectives and ethnicities. Shortlisted candidates will be fast-tracked for an intiative which is a springboard for strategy implementation.
