Arc: the Northern Perspective
I thoroughly enjoyed Arc this year. Another smoothly-run Con with always-friendly-and-helpful Orgs and Canteen Staff (I really don't know how they do it). Most of the games I played in were good, and even where I was disappointed it was more because they had the potential to be so much better than because I didn't actually enjoy them.
More detailed thoughts about the specific games are at my personal LJ. Don't read them if you have a thin skin. I tend to be (hopefully constructively) critical, focussing more on what I didn't like than what I did. So if my comments are "This was good, but could have been better", please remember that I did still think it was good :) Oh, and I make nasty comments about a couple of games from 2004. So consider yourself warned.
