Barely a shred of Christmas spirit
There's nothing like a customer service job, especially one that deals with the rich, to bring out the Bah Humbug in almost anyone. I have been working crazy overtime since Thanksgiving and I am about done with the human race. I have been screamed at about the most trivial of issues with their precious orders. Things like "Your email went to my spam box and I didn't see it until today and the package is due to arrive tomorrow!!!" Oh, the horror. How is this my fault? Scream at your email provider. At 5:30 this afternoon I will be done with over time and will have some time to recover my senses and my holiday spirit.
