In this post I told you about McBee systems and their made of fail customer service. Guess what I got delivered by UPS late Friday?
Yup...a big ol box of envelopes. I just got off the phone with them. I asked them to issue a call tag for the envelopes. They told me to just keep them or destroy them. wth?
Oh yeah, there was no record of me having called customer service to complain about this. But, they had given me a 10% discount because I was upset?

ETA: Found a group to donate them to. I'm not going to use them if I don't pay for them, nor do I think they should be thrown away.
