I have a large icon post that I am about to put up, but I just wanted to send out some news first.
First order of business: I just wanted to thank you all for joining. It means alot to me. I hate doing the mass advertising that I have been doing. Im glad you all like my icons so much, I never could have imagined such an amazing response! So anyway, THANK YOU!
Second order of business: I have a new affiliate. solaris_icons is a WONDERFUL community. There are 7 icon-artists there who take requestson anything from blinkies to icons to bases. Definitely check them out.
Third order of business: I have been working all day to secure the rights to many DeviantArt artists work. I have gotten several "ok"s so far, giving me access to use their pieces. These generous artists are listed on the userinfo page, and will be credited when I make an icon out of one of their works. Check out their galleries, I didnt ask for permission to use their work for nothin! Its wonderful!
Fourth order of business: My new job starts on Monday, so I wont have time to post everyday like I was for a while. However, I will be posting AT LEAST twice a week. Probably around the weekends, so if you dont see me post for a few day, no worries! I will soon.
Fifth order of business: Anyone who has requested an icon or an alteration to a past icon, it should be up in tomorrows post. I wil be working on them tomorrow. Im sorry it took me so long, but I am moving and have been very busy.
Sixth order of business: Anyone else who might want to place a banner on their userinfo page... I wouldnt object! Banners can be found on the userinfo page of this journal.
