I'm back!
Well hello there, everybody.
I'm alive. I think. I am a new woman...person....girl....thing. Anyhoo, I am posting for the first time in years. I know, Angel's absence has been felt by the masses but fear not...I am here. Let's see if this will continue, shall we?
First off, I am still in Chicago, but I have moved North to where normal incomed people live. I am now a single girl. I am living with my friend Karla from HS and am trying to become a functional member of society again. I am currently obsessing over the West Wing and valentine's m&ms.
I am okay. Not great. Not wonderful. Just okay. And quite frankly, that's the most I can expect from myself right now. This is not a cry for help or anything, its a "don't fucking ask me how I'm doing" statement. I get asked, everyday, and I'm fine, I promise, but I am tired of reasuring the masses.
I have discovered a new bar. Its an Oscar Wilde themed bar and is lots o' fun. It has bookselves lining the walls, fireplaces with snuggley nooks, Irish food, and a bar! Doesn't that sound awesome?! So I'm going this weekend for the second time. Just don't go on Friday and Saturday nights because they hire a dj and the music instantly becomes pop.
