I've never had to shave the back of my neck before, because it's never been bare. It's an odd sort of thing. I feel like I have razorburn back there. It's vaguely amusing. Against good judgment and good taste, I decided to take a hacking to that which I hold dear

They charge enough that they can hire people that KNOW how to cut hair. I can do better than that and I've never been to beauty school! *then again I do emergency haircuts on people after salons get through with them....*

Seriously, if you get substandard service anywhere, complain. If people give you good service, don't ever forget to praise them though. It makes the people working hard happy..and the people with the suckage mad. Maybe they'll learn.
