(no subject)
Today: Woke up at 6 and couldn't get back to sleep. Had to be up at 7:30 for an 8:30 class. Finished early, at 11, went and dropped off 120 film, picked up a package at the post office and went back to school to take a quize in Science of Light... which I think I did alright on. Also got back my 4x5 portraits. Pretty stoked to work more on doing that. Went home after class at two and passed out til four. Got up, picked up my film, now I'm at Panera's getting my internet addiction in for just one battery's lifespan. Which is about 22 more minutes, sadly. I'll be going home to act like a lazy ass, though proudly. My grandparents sent me some money to get photo supplies.. I spent a good hour hemming and hawing over what to get, but made the order, finally. I dedicated myself pretty hard core to school this semester with 50 sheets of 11x14 in both colour and black and white. I also got 10 sheets of fiber B&W 16x20... mmmmm.....
Tomorrow: A day in the lab printing! Open lab starts at 10. I plan to be there. They're only open till two, though. And then a class from 5-10:20. Seminar. I have to bring a "contract" of photos I plan on working on during this semester. One of them has to do with Melody in a gold dress on a limo floor. But, fuck, first of all she's still not talking to me, second of all I have no idea how I'd make that work. But it looks so great in my head. Anyway I have to bring, like, ALL of my final photos to show the class... So I have to go through everything and figure out what exactly that means. I'd like to bring polaroids, too, but they're really quite unorganized.
Saturday: Shooting in the studio again! Hopefully my girl Jaime will pose for me, if not, I got this cute little japanese girl's number last weekend at Space 26 and I'll hit her up. But I really want to shoot Jaime, you know, turn the tables. (she used to always shoot me).
Sunday: Heading into the city!! Shooting with Sanders (http://www.mcnew.net/portraits)
Monday: Shooting with Terry Richardson! EEK Pray that I can get him to come have a few drinks with me and the boys. (*CROSSES FINGERS!*) And.. you know... I do well....
