I clicked the button at last. Cheers to the Irish and guess what I'm eating :) Lucky Charms after Lucky Charms. It's insane. We had an early release day so I spent my time playing W0W and finishing my HW from when I was sick. Oh, but you didn't know I was sick. It was more like, "I don't want to get up, my eyes hurt, oh no none of my nice clothes are washed so I won't go" thing. All I missed was a lab which I can make up pretty easily. Congrats to tabbyfoo and squidflakes on the birth of their new baby, Sophie (the most adorable baby I've seen in a while...and I've seen a lot of babies :/)
Ajay's been an ass and even more of an ass since he got home. Not only is he threatening to delete my character because I won't make him hot chocolate, but he's also telling me to send him meat to level up his cooking (even though I've sent him 40 pieces already and he has higher skill than I do) when he can do it himself more easily. He's freaking level 60 in a game where the level cap is 60 - why can't he take time off of screwing over the rest of the dragons and go get him meats? Or, why couldn't he have done this at an earlier level? I'd rather send stuff to Surly, our insanely ugly level 1 dwarf priest because he's Anoop's character and he has potential.
I did Gnomeregan today and I'm proud of myself. I managed to die 6 times but make several gold on auctions, sales, and trades. I've adventured through Stranglethorn Vale, The Barrens, Thousand Needles, Tanaris, and loads of other places people my level don't normally go. And it's all thanks to my good buddy zargathos whom I found in game and who is my new friend out of game. Words cannot express my thanks :D
I've taken dog out for a few walks and she seems to be better on the leash than before. This is strange because we've passed the most yippy-yappy dogs on the planet and she manages to stay close to me. Lucky, her old "boyfriend", has a new dog in his backyard who tries to growl at Sandy when she comes to say hi to Lucky. Then Lucky starts to growl because he can only see movement past the fence and Sandy gets scared. It's very disheartening. Now who can I invite to her doggy birthday party :P
I want my spring break back again. I did almost nothing. From what I remember, this is how it went:
Monday - Galleria with Lisa. It was scandalous. I passed up some very nice comfy jeans because I was $10 short (they were DKNY and only $14.50 at Neiman Marcus! It was insane because they were the only ones left and guess what?! My size!). Maybe it wasn't meant to be. Either way, I helped Lisa pick out some very pretty dresses for our upcoming banquets. We ate at the Galleria, I got a nice new book - The City Of Ember - and we headed home listening to my Mix #9. It was lovely.
Tuesday - I babysat Korben for a few hours after a bit of Warcrafting. I sat in the baby's nursery until he called me for water, a new tape, some playing, and then just for the heck of it. The funny thing was, my dad showed up in the driveway to pick me up, and then Ryan showed up and a minute later, Mrs. Tabby showed up. It was pretty coincidental.
Wednesday - Do you really need to wonder? WOW!
Thursday - Probably WOW
Friday - Much happiness - Anoop arrives and sets up Komputar. And WOW of course :)
Saturday - WOW and some zaniness. I forget what though. Probably me watching Monty Python somewhere around here.
Sunday - I don't wanna go back to school! You can't make me!
So anyways, Anoop's promised to help me with my ancient geo because there's only 15 days till STATE! and I can't afford to lose much time. I brought home two Certamen books to the delight of my brothers and I don't think that we have time to work up a vocal ensemble for State. Maybe next year.
All my band friends went to Orlando so I hope they have fun. I'll be bored all weekend, you know. But you guys all got ripped off. The band is greedy and charged you a lot more than you should have to pay. Either way, love you guys. I hope I won't be too lazy on my next update. It'll be before state, I promise you. I want to bring Amma's laptop there so I can update the events! Or at least, I'll write them down.
For those of you who are keeping track of my story, I'm adding another plot point to the prelude. I don't think it'll be a full length chapter (which is about 13-15 pages for me) but more like a standard introduction. We'll see how that goes. I've never written so much about one plot as I've done for this so it's definitely a good sign.
