So Jen..... why DID you drop 340.00 on new tires???
Oh, thank you for asking, let me tell you.
It seems, and this is speculation of course, that when the dealership sold me my car... a 2006 model, in July of 2008, they figured I didn;t need good tires. Apparently, I had three tires from one company and a fourth from somewhere else. Two tires had DRY ROT in the treads.... one had a bubble, three were almost bald on opposite edges.... and one was full of "knots".
I only learned this, because I thought my alignment was off, since the steering wheel was jerking so violently in my hands. When matt had it checked on weds....
well, the exact words were "We're amazed you didn;t blow at least two of these and wreck on the way here."
Well, isn't that comforting? Especially since, in the past 14 days I have driven to Allentown twice, Hershey AND Newark NJ.

Guess it's time to go through the house and eBay some crap... to justify the concert tickets.
