I did the
Crossfit Workout of the Day yesterday. It kicked my ass. 40 double unders (Jumping rope) 30 Box Jumps and 20 Kettlebell swings, in five sets. By the time we finished dinner my muscles were starting to get sore. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to crawl out of bed this morning but by some miracle I'm not that sore.
For the record, I did the suggested counts for each exercise but I modified every other part of the workout. Instead of double unders I did single jumps, instead of using a 24" box I used a 12" box, instead of a 54lb kettlebell I used a 20lb kettlebell. So basically I halved the workout, but it was still a killer.
I'm going to try it again tonight.

Woot? They had a Woot shirt a while back that has a guy running with a dinosaur chasing him. It said "Exercise Some motivation required" I ordered it last week. It should be here this week - I love getting stuff in the mail :)
