Teal'c tilted his head and looked at O'Neill as if he were a particularly dense child. "There was pie."

Ah, Teal'c. Hee. And I love how they can all read Jack like a book. He can run but he can't hide from SG-1. :D

(Only now do I get why March 14th is Pi Day. Comes from living in a civilized country. *g*)

Jack paused slightly, wondering if it would be gauche to crash it. Then he decided he could pass by as base commander wishing many happy returns...and if he got some cake too, well, that would just be a bonus perk.

I only discovered pi day because my goddaughter (who has no idea of her godmother's fannish tendancies) was born on March 14th. A mutual friend of her mom's is a high school math teacher and geeked out to me. I never forget her birthday! Heh. It definitely only works for the American date writing. :-)

Mmm. I'm actually like [my] Sam in not being a coconut fan, but there is coconut creme pie made in my Mom's hometown and omg is it to die for...with real meringue. Mmmmmm... (dangit, now I'm hungry!)
