3 weeks and counting
I have an appartment. It actually didn't take that long to find. It's $675 a month which is really cheap for Toronto and it's in a great neighbourhood (Davisville/ Mount Pleasant, if you're familiar with TO), ten minute walk to the Eglinton subway stop. We signed the lease the third day we were there and then went straight off to IKEA for 4 HOURS to by everything I needed (couch, TV stand, bar stool, towels, cutlery, plates...) All together it came to about $1200! Then the next day we went to Future Shop and I spent another $800 on a TV, boom box, vacuum, printer and DVD/VCR. We moved as much in as we could and I'm so excited to get the rest of my stuff out there and move in!

On Wednesday, David and I went mini golfing at Thunder Rapids at 2am and hung around there and the Husky until it was time to watch the sunrise. Then we went to the Westhaven and had breakfast with all the other residents. With the exception of some brief cat naps on David's couch during our Sex and the City marathon, I didn't sleep till 7pm Thursday night. I'm still tired.
Hope all your summers are going great. I wish it would get warm out so I can go to the beach at least once.
