Lists, because they make me happy
To Do List for today, tomorrow, and the weekend:
1. Put last notebook together, according to syllabus
2. Look at health insurance open enrollment
3. Call about getting my fingerprints done (by this FRIDAY!)
4. Post online discussion board response for my 6932 class
5. Call Department of Education about my loan problem/issue
6. Figure out what is going on with FAFSA, loans, deferments, etc.
7. Renew Chalk and Wire
8. Get a notebook that is COLLEGE RULED (I hate wide ruled)
9. Buy a new planner
Things that are awesome and make me happy:
1. My 6932 class (so far!).
2. Knowing lots and lots of people in my 6932 class!
3. Hearing that my Methods and Strategies course professor is basically awesome.
4. True Blood. True Blood. True Blood.
5. The beach. The fucking beach!
6. Organizing my school stuff. Yes, I like doing that.
7. Southern Living magazine and their Idea Homes!
8. My friends
9. The awesomeness and insanity of Amanda
10. Finding a parking space without a problem at all- THREE TIMES!
11. The genealogy folder my dad found for me while searching for his car's title (my dad bought a new car last weekend!). YAY for genealogical information on my Swedish lineage!!! GO SWANS(Svans/Svahns-->Swans/Swahns-->Swans)! And it even goes back to the 1600's!
12. Almost being done with a cross stitch that I started 8 months ago but never had the time or patience to finish!
12. Making lists... lots and lots of lists.
Things that are freaking me out:
1. People I know from middle school/early high school who are breeding
2. Facebook knowing too much about me
3. not hearing anything yet about FAFSA stuff and deferment etc. Yikes.
4. I am on Twitter. Yes. I have no idea how to use it, but I am on there. Don't look at me like that! It was for my brother, okay!
Things that are not so awesome:
1. Mondays
2. Classroom Management (so far!)
3. Having the department of education thinking I have already graduated and wanting me to start paying off student loans in November, when in fact I have a year to go. In essence if it does not get fixed, I will be paying my loans off with money from other loans. Does not make sense.
4. Mom health stuff
5. Extended family problem stuff (grandma, aunt, etc.)
6. My laptop? Still broken. My mom's digital camera? Still broken. Whose problem is it? Mine.
7. Money? What is this money of which you speak?
8. Fighting with my mom over classes (Classroom management). Grrrrrr.

Technological Innovation in the Social Studies- 5:15PM-8:00PM
Wednesdays:
Methods and Strategies in Social Science Education- 5:15PM-8:00PM
