Book Challenge: 24 More to Go
One down, 24 more to go! I'm not going in any particular order. I'm planning on reading the ones I actually have here at home first before venturing out on other stuff.
Mansfield Park was definitely not my cup of tea. I abhorred Mary and Henry Crawford. The Bertram sisters were terrible. And I was SO disappointed in Edmund. Fanny had more character than Edmund did and stood up for the right. Aunt Norris was pretty terrible too! I liked Lady Bertram and Sir Thomas, though they had their faults. Mansfield Park has to be my least favorite Jane Austen.
I've just started on Persuasion and have found it to be good thus far. Having seen the movie already, I know the storyline already. Somehow the book is almost always better!
