1. What did you do in 2009 that you'd never done before?
Get a DWI :(

2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
I make resolutions whenever I want, so I don't make New Year's ones. I'm not sure I've ever made a resolution that's lasted an entire year, though.

3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
Ariel did, but Matt never talks to me anymore, so I wouldn't call him close anymore and I never knew Ariel that well. So, uh... No?

4. Did anyone close to you die?
My grandma

5. What countries did you visit?
USA. Nothing foreign.

6. What would you like to have in 2010 that you lacked in 2009?
fewer bad things happening

7. What date(s) from 2009 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
Err... August 1st cuz I threw a hissy fit and quit Old Navy. March 15 cuz I started drinking again on my birthday. December 2nd because my G-Ma died. July 12th cuz I got a DWI and totaled my car. December 12th cuz my probation started. May 28th because I picked up my diploma. There are others. Give me a year or so and I'll only remember what month and not day, though. I'm horrible with dates unless I can count off from a holiday I can look up on a calendar.

8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
I fucking graduated!!! Holla!

Not being able to find another job. Getting the DWI was a close second, though. And I hate calling these things failures cuz psychiatrists tell you not to use that word.

Graduating

16. What song will always remind you of 2009?
I didn't really learn any good artists this year so I didn't pick up any new loves, really. Maybe some stuff I heard on Old Navy's CDs since they were ground into my head this year. Oh, and Single Ladies.

17. Compared to this time last year, are you:
i. happier or sadder? definitely sadder (really bad year)

Kowtowing.

20. How will you be spending Christmas?
I was in Austin as there was no longer any reason to drive to Kansas City seeing as we'd been there for the funeral a couple weeks before. I guess it was good to be able to see friends, but obviously it wasn't how I wanted it to be.

Better meds? Probably a more relaxing job or home life. I never got to stop catering to someone else.

33. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2009?
Still full of Old Navy clothes, haha. Oh, and less varied than normal after mid-year as I no longer fit a lot of my clothes.

34. What kept you sane?
Depakote, but I've only been taking that for a month and a half. So most of it was spent insane.

Life was easy when it was boring. -Darkness by The Police (But I could use that every year really.)
