housework
put food away in cupboards, swept & moped all the floors, washed windows, cleaned the downstairs bathroom (no more rust stains!) and weeded the front flower patch. Done for the day until Mom thinks of something else we should do. Was planning on working today, but she got me cleaning and that took up the whole day. Not a waste at all.
