Olympics and other stuff
Wow! I mean wow! This is the first time I've really sat down and watched the Olympic games and I can't believe what I've been missing. Nastia Liukin was phenomenal tonight. Shawn Johnson was on as well, but Nastia is just I don't know, more graceful more everything. After the vault I was convinced that the games were fixed. She was near perfect, but then again I know next to nothing about gymnastics. The ceremony had me in tears in the end. Yang Yilin was excellent as well for China. I was sure that she had the silver but Shawn Johnson really came through in the end.
Other than Olympic news not much going on here. My due date is fast approaching and I have one more month before our new baby girl arrives. I'm also really excited about the new school year starting. I'm having some financial aid and veterans affairs trouble but I'm really excited about starting the new semester at the University of Arizona South here in town.
