Lovely! But it ended too soon! [pokes the entertainment sphere ... but it's gone all dark again.]

I loved seeing Zuke - and if Wedge was there, is Biggs far behind?

Biggs is in Luca (mentioned waaaay back in Chapter 8 or so when Elma was barking orders at the stadium). I'm mean; I broke up Final Fantasy's longest-running ship. :)

*picks up keyboard and pecks at next chapter* That was the shortest 4000-word chapter ever, wasn't it? But I needed to put a break somewhere between here and the end of the next 4000 words.

Hah, Cid's dig at Rin.

Actually, I like all of what you do with Cid here. Especially Rikku's cheery dismissal of his enraged protests.

There's almost too many characters crammed in here, but you manage to keep it together. Any more and you might need to drum up a sudden tragedy to thin the herd!

That was Cid's last chapter, so he got a little extra attention. I thought about just handwaving getting rid of all the characters that have aggregated, but somehow I feel that I have to give all of them resolution, which is driving me craaaaaaazy.

I hadn't quite realized how many characters I was packing onto the same airship for the trip home. Until now they've all been separated into groups of 4 to 6, so it was not quite so chaotic.

If I can just get through the next 3 chapters, I will winnow the cast down to 6 or 7 for the endgame. Come on, come on, I can do this thing....

Ffff, given what you've put them through so far, I have no doubt that you can do it. This is probably the best multichap fic I've followed, and considering the vast and sprawling plot you've set out for yourself, it's even more impressive.

Also (as I remember you said once you don't use email comment notification) I left yet another interview link at your last post.
