This is the face of the cutting edge of robot technology
I can't remember if I've posted this before, but even if I have, it deserves to be posted again. :D
Keepon is my favourite robot EVER. I was a fan the moment I saw the first vid. By extension I now like the music of Spoon, but Keepon is just the most adorable thing ever created by man. His eyes are cameras and his "nose" is a microphone, with which he can record a clip of music. His software then picks out the beat in the music and he then dances randomly in time to irt. He can show two emotions, attention and excitement, which he demonstrates in the first video. He is a robot designed to study interaction with children through dance... but he's succeeded in bringing out the child in almost everyone who's seen these vids. And I SO regress to infantile behaviour every time I see these vids. This huge grin just breaks out on my face and I start bobbing in my seat or on the spot or whatever.

That was originally made as a demonstration of Keepon's ability to dance in time to music. And that video was so popular, Spoon and Keepon have reunited to come up with this one:
