It's beautiful outside today. It's sunny but with some clouds, and it feels like it is spring and not September. I repotted my plants yesterday, they seem to enjoy the new space. The rendering takes forever. Especially when I find myself not happy with each render and then do it again. But at least I know that it will be more better when it is finished. I finished with the park last night. I'm now trying to get a good capture of it for my demo reel I just wish that it didn't take two hours to render the whole 5 seconds or whatever it is. Not only that but I have to keep checking on it so my computer doesn't try to run the screen saver, because that screws up the render and makes it unuseable. ( Read more... )

I'm so happy. Josh is my hero. He helped me figure out how to make transparencies in photoshop that work in Maya. So now my flowers are no longer blobs, they are individual flowers and you can see the dirt!
