cooking/work
So with my new apron and my new cookbooks I've had a stroke of genius. For every week that dinner is at my house on Sunday nights I'm picking a different country and cooking only foods from that nation. Tonight was France and it was a rave! Everyone loved everything I made, and I have to say I loved it too. My crowning glory though is that the first time i ever made souffle it was prefect! I'm quite proud of myself.
As for work I think I was just hired on as a non-seasonal employee which is very exciting. I love working there, and the friends I've made since starting are unbelievable. I know this is short but I'm very tired, have work in the morning... and I'm tired. haha

ps. January 2nd I bought a 24" iMac, aka the love of my life. :D
