Bennet and I have returned from our annual journey to Pennsic. The event was great fun as always - even if it was a bit damp outside. There were many interesting sights this year.
One of my favorite was this wooden horse being “ridden” by a little cutie. I’m always so please when people go the effort of making sure that their children fit the middle ages part too. Note those great pink shoes!

Then there were the odd urinal cakes which featured the face of one of the kings. Bennet was so amused that he came back to get the camera so he could take a picture.

The A&S display was great - the sciences were really represented this year. My favorite was a chap distilling rosewater.

Merchanting was fine - saw lots and lots of folks. It's always nice when old friends stop in to say "Hi" and reconnect. I ran into some people from my old barony from 20 years ago. Went to several terrific parties and was exhausted most of the event;-).
