The Facebook Cancer cut and paste status
When you wish for a cure to cancer, what do you mean? Do you mean you want it to never happen or you want it to be fixed? Do you mean all of the different types of cancer? I wonder because it is my understanding that the most common cancers do have cures. They suck. They are nasty, brutish and long, but they have existing cures. The current cut and paste status says 'a cure will be found" and it throws me. There is not just one cure. There is not just one cancer. Its a lovely sentiment, but it feels futile because it is such a sweeping generalization.
