My belle epoque gown

Back again.

I have been quite lazy last couple of weeks, but I finally got somethig done. I went to Tennispalatsi to take pictures of the Zorro costumes, but unfortynately they were no longer there. Luckily the Harry Potter costumes were still on their place, so I took a punch of pictures of them. There was Fleur's tournament costume, one Ravenclaw and one Slytherin school uniform and on uniform of Beauxbatons. I did not know how to use my sister's camera, so the pictures came out really dark. I will lighten them and do some other little tricks with Paint Shop Pro and see what I can do.

In the meantime, here is finally a picture of my belle epoque gown.

I normally of course don't wear it, although it is in extremely good condition with no rips, shattering or other age flaws. In this picture I wear my fairy corset under the gown, but since I was in no menas eager to tightlacing, the skirt is not entirely closed. The accessories are a French parasol I bought on my trip to Paris (the only good thing that happened on that voyage) and an old purse my mother found in fleamarket.

The picture is horrible, I konw, but you get the idea. I will post better pics and close-ups later.
