As for your question concerning the availabilities, I have no choice, but to say that they won't become available again.
The label has received more orders than they are able to fulfill.
The only way for them to become obtainable is if they are reissued <...>

If I order this from Yahoo Japan auction, it will cost (with shipping fees etc) 50~60$ (with the price of item 1000 yen=9$).
