i find it absolutely hysterical that the girl i tutored in general chemistry about 5 years ago is now getting a phd in a science.
mind you, i was forced to tutor her because my grades were "too high" in gen chem (i'd taken AP chem) & the teacher threatened to lower our grades if we didn't tutor failing students. she was one of them.
how things change. it's pretty awesome for her :)
on the other hand, for me. another week's worth of battle. i fight on.
