the dilemma
well it's been a long day. a long day that started yesterday... my car has been a little hesitant about starting at times, but generally i put it down to the weird ass cold weather that we've been having. oh no. my car died after i went grocery shopping yesterday evening after classes. and then i waited about an hour for someone to show up to pick me up (thank you charles!!!), because the tow truck company called me and told me that they were running late. thank god i chose to leave my car unattended, because it didn't get back to my apartment until almost midnight. bleh. so, i asked the always so kind and generous mandi if i could beg a ride of her this morning, and she was kind enough to let me ride with her. i went to her english class with her this morning, then to russian and then took my anthropology midterm. i am currently sitting and typing this in the stupid computer lab because i have no way to get home. i guess i could take the #11 bus (?) but i have no idea where to pick it up at or anything. so here i shall sit until someone comes to my aid, literally.
i sound a little whiny. but oh well, i'm short on a lot of sleep. AND i need to go home and eat something before i die (or feel like it anyways). AND i need to go ahead and start cooking dinner because all of the flavors must meld to become one. plus, since i plan on making homemade mashed potatoes to cover my lovely and wonderful sheperd's pie, i really do need to get crackin, ya know?
PCC test #2 that i haven't studied for yet tomorrow. russian oral midterm on friday. working my ass off next week... i have to work this friday and saturday until close, sunday til close, mon til close, wed til close, and saturday AGAIN until close. tell me that this is fair how? oh well, i figure that they're making up for the time that i'll be gone over christmas... oye.
i guess that is all. my life is pretty much school/work/boyfriend time for the moment. tune in next time to catch all of the latest developments ^_^ and i'm sure that next time will not be so soon, i apologize for that.
