the price of plane tickets is painful.
stopping back in iowa this summer means $350 more i could be spending on either my education or my time in europe with my sis - but will instead allot to passing listless time in a city that has scanty remnants of my present life. i wouldn't even be in des moines long enough to get a job and earn back some of that money. hmmm - portland, paris, or... des moines?
