can you imagine christmas lights without biting frost?
my bedroom windows are open right now.
i had a dream last night that it was really december 4th, rather than december 1st. someone told me it was december and i was completely shocked. i was really distressed that 4 days of december had occurred without me ever realizing it. the concept was so disturbing that the dream was actually a nightmare. anyway, i was really upset that december was going by without anyone noticing, and i realized that if it was december my birthday could have already passed and another year of my life could have already been sealed - and i had been completely oblivious.
then i woke up to a refreshing fog covering the evergreens.
ah the metaphors of life.
