Reseda Park

A river runs through it, but there's no connection between the river and this pretty little pond. The park has trees, grass and people feeding ducks.
The park extends to both sides of the river. In the distance you can see a pedestrian bridge linking the two sides of the park. The river is fenced.
I don't know of any specific plans to change this area, but wouldn't it be nice if the Department of Recreation and Parks got together with the Army Corps of Engineers to unite these two bodies of water?
