Do you need a job? Do you know anyone who needs a job? I work in the healthcare field, which currently, is a very competitive market for employers. It is challenging to find RNs, LPNs and CNAs to meet all of our needs

I don't need a job, or know of anyone in the medical profession that needs a job, but I do understand how hard it is to find quality healthcare professionals. Good ones are true treasures.

Over the last probably 10 years I watched my parents health continue to decline and be in need of extensive health care, whether in a nursing home, rehab center or hospital. I watched as the CNA and RNs would come in and care for my parents and witnessed the love and care these people gave my parents. I couldn't begin to thank them enough for all that they did for my parents. Their attentiveness and tenderness was astounding, not to mention that they continued to treat my parents with respect, even if my parents couldn't respond to them because of their diminished capacity. I will forever be in awe of these people, and enormously grateful for everything they did.

So for any caregivers out there, THANK YOU. Even though you may not be a part of caregiving in my area, I thank you anyway for being who and what you are.
