OMG, are you SERIOUS? I wrote and posted that story the day before National Pie Day??? I didn't even know there was such a thing!
My head is seriously spinning.
I'm thinking I need to do something else for Dean's birthday. Better go throw some chocolate at the Muse...

It was a great story, and perfect timing, even if you didn't know it was National Pie Day, so I was happy to rec it!
And I think I only know about Pie Day because I bake a lot and do quite a bit of online searches for recipes, so it came up last year this time.

I was pretty sure National Pie Day was on March 14. You know, cause 3.14 is the first three digits of Pi? Where is this information coming from that TODAY is Pie Day?

Yes, March 14th is National Pi Day, which commemorates the mathematical constant of 3.14 (see

But today is National Pie Day...like the kind we all like to eat...as decided by the American Pie Council (see
