I know the date I asked for the money for the October Gather is Tuesday, but if anyone is considering coming to the Gather would they please sign up asap? I allowed a few days leeway for getting the money in, and at the moment we don't have enough coming to keep the accommodation cost at its current level.
The cost of the venue is a set price rather than per head, so we need at least another 6 people or I'm afraid that we'll have to add the difference to what we ask for at the weekend to cover food and sundries. We don't want to do that, obviously.
